Acupuncture Therapy

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to restore balance and promote healing. This ancient therapy is based on the concept of Qi, or vital energy, flowing through meridians in the body. Acupuncture is considered safe and effective for various conditions due to its non-invasive nature and minimal side effects. The needles used are sterile and disposable, reducing the risk of infection. Additionally, many people find acupuncture beneficial for managing pain, reducing stress, improving sleep, and enhancing overall well-being. Its effectiveness is supported by a growing body of research and the endorsement of organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO) for its therapeutic benefits.

Facial Acupuncture

REFRESH, REJUVENATE, AND REVITALIZE

Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-invasive treatment that involves using acupuncture to improve skin and fight the aging process, sometimes referred to as an "acupuncture facelift" or "facial rejuvenation."

This is the only anti-aging treatment that improves overall health as well as your outward appearance. Cosmetic acupuncture improves blood flow throughout your body, allowing oxygen and nutrients to be delivered more efficiently. This results in greater health and increased vitality. The treatments also improve hydration, often producing a dewy complexion. The increase in blood flow throughout the skin also helps to correct texture and skin coloring imbalances.

Because acupuncture needles are inserted into specific points, they help relax tight muscles while strengthening elongated muscles. This process will restore your muscle’s natural functions and create a more lifted and toned appearance. The microtrauma caused by these needles, when inserted directly into fine lines and wrinkles, will increase your skin’s collagen production and fill the surrounding areas.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping can be used as a standalone massage treatment, but cupping can also be combined with acupuncture in one treatment. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system (which makes it an excellent treatment for high blood pressure). It pulls tension up, which can then be released by using acupuncture. Acupuncture involves inserting very thin, sterile needles through the skin at strategic points on the body. Acupuncture is based on “Qi,” the energy used to address pain and mobility problems. The practice is used to relieve pain, but more recently, it has found a place in overall wellness promotion – including stress management.
